1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The gas pressure regulating device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used for regulating pressure, heating and conveying non-corrosive gases such as gas, liquid petroleum gas and natural gas in oil and gas field production and municipal engineering. By adjusting the gas pressure of each pipeline, the device makes the whole pipeline system reach the pressure balance, so as to reduce the interference of different pipeline pressures on the system. At the same time, according to the needs, on the one hand, the device can reduce the excessive pressure, effectively protect all kinds of non-pressure measurement, detection and electronic sensing equipment, and extend its service life; On the other hand, it can raise the pressure too low, which helps to improve the power for long-distance transmission and reduce the transmission loss. In addition to the basic functions of pressure regulation, the device also has practical functions such as measurement, filtration, heating, deodorization and control, and has the characteristics of multi-purpose. The device adopts highly integrated integrated design, and the explosion-proof electrical system is effective and reliable. The device adopts a combination of local display operation and remote transmission control, with a high degree of intelligence, equipped with overpressure automatic cut-off alarm, parameter anomaly warning and gas leakage warning functions, to ensure the maximum extent of equipment operation and personnel operation safety.
2.Structural composition
The pressure regulator consists of an inlet and outlet valve, an inlet filter, a cut-off valve, a monitoring regulator, and a working regulator (or a working regulator). The core equipment is cut-off valve, monitoring regulator and working regulator.
