Through-Shaft And Modular Design
The rear pump cover features an ISO/SAE through-shaft interface, allowing for tandem connection of gear pumps or second plunger pumps to form multi-circuit systems. The same pump body can accommodate LR (hyperbolic power), HD (hydraulic proportional), and EO (electronic proportional) control modules, facilitating OEM upgrades.
Long Lifespan
The cylinder block and distributor plate are sintered with copper alloy, and the plunger surface has a DLC coating, allowing for oil cleanliness of ISO 20/18/15. Bearing life L10 ≥ 10,000 hours; an optional "long-life bearing" kit extends overhaul intervals by 30%.
Compatible With Flame-Retardant Fluids
Standard seals include FKM, allowing direct use of HFC (water-glycol) and HFA/B emulsions (excluding mineral oil), meeting the explosion-proof safety requirements of metallurgy and mining.

Metallurgical Continuous Rolling
Provides a constant pressure oil source of 350 bar for rolling mill bending rolls and AGC/CVC hydraulic cylinders; in slab continuous casting machines, it is used with servo valves to achieve high-frequency mold oscillation, and has been proven to operate continuously at 315 bar HFC medium.
Large Forging And Extrusion EquipmentReplaces traditional A7V/AVS pumps, supplying oil to the main cylinders and piercing cylinders of forging and extrusion presses larger than 30 MN. The pressure-controlled DR eliminates the need for redundant relief valves, simplifying the oil circuit.
Marine And Offshore PlatformsServes as an open main pump for steering gears, anchor winches, and drilling top drives, withstanding peak pulses of 420 bar. Through-shaft design allows for connection to gear pumps for control oil, meeting classification society continuous operation S1 conditions.

High-Power Test BenchProvides stepless constant pressure from 0–350 bar for pressure pulse and fatigue testing. The high-response DR valve can simulate rapid pressure ramps, meeting testing standards such as EN 14359.
High-Pressure Cement/Plastic InjectionAt the high-pressure homogenization and plastic melt injection station, a segmented booster pump station is formed by connecting 2–3 A4VSO355 pumps in parallel, achieving a high flow rate output of over 2000 L/min.
