Charging for work
The battery pack should be charged according to maintenance card 3. During the charging process, the electrolyte level should be checked and adjusted according to maintenance card 6. At the same time, the removed assembly plug should be cleaned and the exhaust pressure checked according to maintenance card 15. After charging is completed, it should be processed according to maintenance card 9 for use in the field.
Attention: After starting the aircraft engine in the air or on the ground, the battery pack should be discharged according to maintenance card 7, then charged according to maintenance card 3, and finally processed according to maintenance card 9 before being used as a backup.
5.2 Supplementary Charging
During the service life, if the battery pack is left at the charging station for 15-30 days after working and charging, or if the engine has not been operated for 15-30 days after installation (i.e. the battery pack has not been charged on board), it should be recharged according to maintenance card 5.
5.3 Installation and use
5.3.1 Installation conditions
The final capacity test of the battery pack shall not be less than 22Ah.
5.3.2 Inspection before installation
5.3.2.1 Before assembling the battery, a pre installation inspection should be carried out according to maintenance card 11.
