3500/22M 288055-01 is a high-performance transient data interface module launched by Bently Nevada, a subsidiary of GE. As the core component of the 3500 series vibration monitoring system, it is mainly used for condition monitoring and data transmission of rotating machinery. This module integrates rack interfaces with high-speed data acquisition functions and is widely used in critical equipment protection scenarios in industries such as power and petrochemicals.

Basic positioning and functional architecture
This module serves as the "data hub" of the 3500 monitoring system and undertakes three core functions:
Data acquisition and integration: Synchronously collect 22 channels of analog and digital signals, support multiple types of parameters such as vibration, shaft displacement, and temperature, and be compatible with incremental encoders, thermocouples (E/J/K/T types), and RTD sensors.
Protocol conversion and transmission: High-speed data upload is achieved through 100Base-FX Ethernet (or 10Base-T/100Base-TX adaptive interface), and it also supports protocols such as Modbus RTU and CAN, enabling seamless integration between PLC and upper computer systems.
System configuration management: As an essential component of the rack (occupying slot 1 of Rack 3500), parameters such as alarm thresholds and sampling frequencies can be configured through the System 1 monitoring software without affecting the security of the core monitoring link.
