Code disk (encoding disk) is a digital encoder for measuring angular displacement. The encoder code disk of Dongguan Hongcheng Optical products Co., Ltd. is made of glass, film, metal and glass code disk, which is etched out of light and shade code channel on the chrome plated surface of glass, which has good thermal stability, high precision, fragile and high cost. The metal code disk is not easy to break because it is not easy to be etched and engraved, but because the metal is not easy to corrode and deform, the accuracy is limited, its thermal stability is an order of magnitude worse than that of glass. The film code disk is economical, its cost is low, it is not easy to break and deform, but its accuracy, thermal stability and service life are poor; the high-end code disk in the market is mainly glass code disk.
