Product Introduction
Nickel fiber felt is a material made from micron-sized pure nickel fibers using special felting and high-temperature vacuum sintering processes, in accordance with international technical standards.
Nickel fiber felt possesses excellent three-dimensional porous structure, characterized by high porosity, large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, strong corrosion resistance, good water permeability, effective heat dissipation, high current density, low voltage, stable performance, and long service life.

Features
High-temperature insulation material: Its outstanding thermal stability allows it to withstand temperatures up to 1000°C without significant degradation. It also exhibits corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, making it suitable for harsh environments.
Catalyst carrier for various chemical reactions: Its high surface area and porosity make it an effective substrate for the deposition of catalytic materials, enhancing reaction efficiency and selectivity.
Diffusion medium for hydrogen fuel cells: Used as an anode gas diffusion layer (GDL) in proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis.
Versatile applications: It can be manufactured in various shapes and sizes, and can also be coated or impregnated with other materials to enhance its performance.

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
