Product Introduction
Sintered stainless steel fiber felt is a filtration medium made from extremely fine stainless steel fibers, which are micron-sized in diameter. The manufacturing process involves non-woven fabrication, lamination, and high-temperature sintering. This results in a finished felt with a gradient of different pore size layers, allowing for precise control of filtration accuracy and enhanced pollution absorption. The three-dimensional network structure, porous nature, high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution of the sintered fiber felt enable continuous filtration performance.
The sintered stainless steel fiber felt overcomes the drawbacks of metal mesh clogging and the fragility of powder filter products. It compensates for the limitations of fragile structures and low flow rates, which are common in filter paper and filter cloth materials. Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
