Winner2005B intelligent full automatic laser diffraction particle size analyzer with MIE scattering theory to precisely test the particle size distribution from 0.01/0.1μm to 1000μm. It adopts dual laser beam and built-in sample preparation system, Intelligent operation, very simple to use for engineer, offer accurate and reliable data,built-in side wide-angle detector, make sure get 0.01 micron particles scattering angles.
Main Features
(1) Optical path: The laser particle size analyzer adopts the convergent light Fourier transform optical path, and the measurement range extends from 0.01μm-1000μm. (2) The laser particle size analyzer is equipped with an intelligent fully automatic operation mode to achieve one-click testing, automatic water replenishment, ultrasonic dispersion, circulation, and drainage, which not only reduces the workload, but also eliminates human error and has better repeatability. (3) The laser particle size analyzer is equipped with an automatic optical path alignment system. The precision of the four hybrid stepper motors in the optical component automation system has a microscopic precision of 0.01μm, which keeps the instrument's optical path in the best state, eliminating the trouble and difficulty of manually adjusting the optical path, and also enhances accuracy and stability. Test Results. (4) The laser particle size analyzer is equipped with a fully built-in sample dispersion system. Automatic wet dispersion system, SOP realizes one-key operation. It integrates mechanical stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and circulation paths to ensure uniform dispersion and distribution of particles, avoids undesirable phenomena such as uneven particle distribution and large particle deposition due to the long tube length of the external dispersion system, and ensures the representativeness of the product. Test Results. (5) Analysis software: The patented technology of unconstrained free fitting is used to enable particle analysis without any functional restrictions and truly reflect the particle size distribution. (6) The high-sensitivity photodetector collects all particle scattering signals to ensure good accuracy. (7) Output parameters: (D50, D03, D06, D10, D16, D25, D75, D84, D90, D97, D98, set any value, S/V, D[3,2], D[4,3 ] )
