Machine description
The dryer is suitable for chemical industry,light industry,pharmaceutical,food,plastic,oil,slag,salt,sugar and so on,for drying,cooling and weting.
Work principle
Raw materials is fed into the machine through the inlet and moves formard continuously under the force of vibration.The hot air pass upuaras through fluidized-bed and exchange heat with dump raw material.Then the damp air is exhausted out after dust abatement through cyclone separator and duster and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.
Machine Features
1. Adopt vibration motor, it is smooth in runing and convenient in maintanance. The noise is low and the working life is long.
2. The state of fluidization is uniform, without the phenomenon of gap and blowing out. The uniform drying and cooling product can be got.
3. It is good in adjustment and wide in the field of application. The thickness of raw material and the speed of raw material to be moved inside the machine and the change of vibration range can be stepless.
4. The damage to the surface of raw material is small. So it can be used for raw materials that are easily to be broken. If the granule is not normal, the effect of process can not be effected.
5. The structure is fully seal, it is effective to prevent from cross infection between material and air. The operating environment is clean.
6. High mechanical and thermal efficiency and good effect of energy saving. Compared with ordinary drying equipment, it can save 30-60% energy.
