The ZFJ7468 is an 8-bit ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter), or analogue-to-digital converter, featuring ultra-low power consumption, small form factor, unipolar, and single-ended input. Powered by a single 1.4V-3.6V supply, the ZFJ7468 is capable of sampling at rates up to 280 Ksps. The ZFJ7468 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The ZFJ7468 is pin-to-pin compatible and can be used in a variety of applications.


The ZFJ7468 is a pin-to-pin replacement for the AD7468 and consumes less than 1/2 the dynamic power, which significantly extends battery life.
