The ZFJ121S101 is a 12-bit ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) chip with the basic features of high resolution, high speed, low power consumption, small size, and unipolarity.The performance parameters of the ZFJ121S101 cover a wide range of samples from 500 KSPS to 1 MHz and are valid at more than just one specific sample rate. The ZFJ121S101 performance parameters cover a wide sampling range from 500KSPS to 1MSPS, not just at a specific sampling rate. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sample-and-hold circuitry.The ZFJ121S101 is supplied from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply with a power-save mode.The ZFJ121S101 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The ZFJ121S101 is also available with a power-save mode.
ZFJ121S101 may pin-to-pin substitute for ADC121S101，And the dynamic power consumption at high voltage is less than its 1/2，significantly extends the operating time of the battery.
