Product Description:
125/50t QD type double girder overhead crane traveling freely hook lifting
Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.Its lifting capacity is from 5tons to 450/80tons,and its working duty is A1~A8 according to the frequency of usage.It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20ºC~40ºC and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
Product configuration:
QD type hook crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,a trolley traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is a hook.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other items can be configured according to users' requirements.
