This instrument is mainly suitable for testing the mineral oil with inhibitor, especially the anti-rust ability of gas turbine oil to iron parts when mixed with water. The instrument is also suitable for testing other oils, such as hydraulic oil, circulating oil and liquids with specific gravity of water. The operating principle is to mix a certain amount of sample with distilled water or synthetic seawater, immerse all the cylindrical sample steel rods in it, and stir at a certain temperature. After the test period (usually 2 weeks), observe the traces of corrosion and the degree of corrosion on the steel bars of the sample.
