Rotary drum dryers have many names in the industry. They are often called drum drying equipment or drum dryers. Cylindrical drying equipment is commonly and widely used drying equipment in mining equipment which mainly suitable for drying metals and non-metals material

Performance Characteristics:

2.  * Easy Installation And Maintenance. The air dryer has a simple structure easy to install and maintain.
3.  * Smooth And Reliable Operation. For a large amount of processing with high thermal efficiency. When drying unbound water, the thermal efficiency can reach 60%.
4.  * Wear-resisting Improved. The dryer adopts an aligning roller device so that the support of the roller and the roller will always be in linear contact, reducing wear and power loss greatly.
5. * Less Wear And High-efficiency. WZ roller bearing has a military quality with first-class performance, easy maintenance, and high efficiency.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The raw material is transported by the scraper conveyor to the inside of the sawdust dryer. and the front is equipped with a hot blast stove. The generated hot gas enters the dryer through the fire separating device, and the material is dispersed through the low-speed rotation and bending plate. So that the high-temperature airflow passes through the material and make heat exchange, the sawdust dryer has a certain angle of inclination, and sufficient air volume to drive the material forward. Finally, the dried material is discharged from the discharge port.The temperature generated by the heat source enters the long refractory lining chamber to maintain a low temperature. Adding auxiliary air to the chamber to maintain a lower temperature level.
