The injection molding of TPX release film can be done with polyolefin molding machine with appropriate heating capacity and temperature control mechanism. 270-330℃ can be molded with little internal deformation, and in order to obtain good physical properties of the products, high temperature molding should be used, and the mold temperature is 20-80℃. TPX, like PP, is a pyrolysis material, and it will be decomposed under prolonged heating, therefore, the capacity of the molding machine should be appropriate, and it is impossible to obtain good products if the injection capacity is too large in relation to the weight of the products. If the injection volume is too large in relation to the weight of the product, it will not be able to obtain a good product. the melting point of TPX release film is low viscosity, it will flow out from the front of the nozzle, so it is necessary to use a closed type of nozzle, and if a flat nozzle is used, then the temperature should be carefully controlled.
