SGP laminated glass performance
The laminated glass produced by using SGP film as interlayer has transparency, high mechanical strength, good impact resistance, and is the glass variety with higher safety performance, with high security such as explosion-proof, bullet-proof and typhoon proof. The laminated glass produced by ionic film will not produce sliding between two pieces of glass when it is subjected to force, the two pieces of glass are like one piece of glass, the bearing capacity is 2 times of PVB laminated glass, and the bending degree of SGP laminated glass is only 1/4 of that of PVB laminated glass under the condition of equal load and the same thickness.
The laminated glass produced by SGP film has the following properties:
(1) High adhesion ability to glass, strong tear strength, and ability to prevent glass from flying apart when broken.
(2)A strong protective ability to prevent natural disasters and human damage, strong winds, earthquakes, violence, theft and other sufficient resistance.
(3)Can withstand the sudden impact of indoor personnel, to prevent the glass flying apart or the whole out, to avoid indoor personnel and goods flying out and falling.
(4) Sufficient residual bearing capacity, the glass will not fall off as a whole when it is broken and then bent.
(5) SGP film has enough shear modulus to make the whole cross-section of laminated glass work under bending, improve the bearing capacity and bending stiffness of the glass, reduce the thickness of the glass and the self-weight of the glass.
(6) SGP film is resistant to ultraviolet rays, water vapour and external climate change, and will not be yellowed and discoloured in long-term use.
