1, salivary extruder adopts single screw extrusion, screw barrel constant temperature circulating water cooling system to solve the technical difficulties of plasticisation and non-crosslinking.

2、Roller body part adopts double-sided embossing and solves the technical difficulty of film sticking to the rollers. 3、Cooling part adopts cooling rollers and stress-relieving cold bed, which makes the film run smoothly and set the shape fully, and ensures the shrinkage rate less than 3%.

4、The whole line adopts full automatic control, realising the operation of man-machine interface.
