IEC60335-1 Clearance and Creepage Distance Test Caliper
Appliances shall be constructed so that the clearances, creepage distances and solid insulation are adequate to withstand the electrical stresses to which the appliance is liable to be subjected.
The creepage distance test caliper is mainly used to check the creepage distance and electrical clearance of electrical accessories such as household and similar electrical products. There are two types of structure: straight or curved , which are selected according to the test conditions.
Eight sizes creepage distance test caliper:
1.0 mm to 8.0mm include eight sizes: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0mm
Method of application:
Just measure it directly
Note: In the process of use, if the electrical clearance is smaller than the selected gauge, do not insert the gauge forcibly, otherwise it will cause the gauge bending and wear, should choose a smaller gauge inspection. The test card has been verified, so pay attention to avoid wear and tear in the process of use, resulting in size error.
Ten sizes creepage distance test caliper:
1.0 mm to 6.3mm include ten sizes: 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 2.8, 3.2, 3.6, 4.0, 5.0, 5.6, 6.3mm
Twenty-seven sizes creepage distance test caliper:
1.0mm to 1.8 mm include nine sizes：1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8mm；
1.9mm to 4.5 mm include nine sizes：1.9, 2.0, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0, 3.2, 3.3, 4.0, 4.5mm；
5.0mm to 10.0 mm include nine sizes：5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.3, 6.4, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0mm。
Thirty sizes clearances and creepage distances test caliper:
1.0mm to 2.2mm include fifteen sizes：1.0, 1.05, 1.1, 1.2, 1.25, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2mm
2.4mm to10.0mm include fifteen sizes：2.4, 2.5, 2.8, 3.2, 3.6, 4.0, 4.2, 4.5, 5.0, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0mm
