TRICONEX 4328 New low-cost multi axis stepper motor controller
TRICONEX 4328 has added the ADAGIO-X-STPR series motion control system to supplement the expanding product line of single axis and multi axis motion control platforms by OES. The ADAGIO-X-STPR series rack mounted independent stepper motor controller is an economical and efficient solution for controlling and driving single axis and multi axis stepper motor platforms, such as the AQ single axis and dual axis X and XY series platforms, the YPR series three axis yaw, pitch, and roll platforms, and the four axis XYZR.
The ADAGIO-X-STPR motion controller installed in each 19 inch rack of the TRICONEX 4328 includes a power supply, 1, 2, 3, or 4-axis motion control card, and micro stepper drivers for single-phase and two-phase steppers, requiring up to 7 A of current per phase. The functions include: setting acceleration, setting speed, setting position, absolute movement, relative movement, finding home, zero position counter, turning to zero position, stopping all motors, and limit switches.
The TRICONEX 4328 is easy to install and use. These stepper motor controllers are fully integrated solutions with the following features: external control, independent and manual operation modes, 4-line LCD, 32 key keyboard, analog and digital inputs and outputs, suitable for orthogonal encoder feedback for position verification, as well as analog devices such as joysticks and tracking balls.
The TRICONEX 4328 motion controller operates at input power of 115 or 230 Vac, 50-60 Hz, with automatic current reduction function, and can be plug and play when ordering many single or multi axis workbenches provided by OES.
