Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260C classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.
Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber cloth is a woven fabric made of type 1260C ceramic fiber yarns. The ceramic fiber cloth contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber cloth high temperature performance when it is used.
