Product Introduction
Sintered porous titanium plates are used as filter elements in many fields such as the pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, bioengineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, and gas purification. At the same time, the sintered porous titanium plate can also be used as a gas diffusion layer (GDL) in a new generation of fuel cells (PEMFC).
TOPTITECH offers porous titanium plates in a wide range of filter fineness and sizes. We can also perform mechanical processing on porous titanium plates, such as chamfering, punching, cutting, etc.
Porous titanium plates are widely used as gas diffusion layers in the electrolysis industry. The gas diffusion layer is a key component used in electrolysis cells to transport hydrogen and oxygen to the electrode reaction surface and to transport the electric current generated by the reaction back into the electrolyte.
The porous titanium plate has the following advantages as a gas diffusion layer:
1. High gas permeability: The porous titanium plate has uniform pore size distribution and high porosity, which can provide high-efficiency gas permeability so that the gas diffusion layer has good gas transport performance during the electrolysis process.
2. Good conductivity: The porous titanium plate has good conductivity, which can effectively transport the current generated by the reaction to the electrolyte and improve the electrolysis efficiency.
3. Strong corrosion resistance: The porous titanium plate is made of high-purity titanium metal and has good corrosion resistance. In harsh environments such as strong acids and strong alkalis, the porous titanium plate can maintain good stability and durability.

Application of Porous Titanium Plate
－Can be used as a gas diffusion layer in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC).
－The titanium filters made from sintered titanium plates can be utilized for filtration in corrosive and high-temperature settings.
－It can be used as an electrode material for the manufacture of anodes and cathodes in electrolytic cells. Due to the chemical stability and good corrosion resistance of titanium metal itself, the porous titanium plate can maintain good stability and durability in harsh environments such as strong acids and strong alkalis.
－It can be made into an electrolytic cell diaphragm to isolate the anode and cathode and prevent the current short circuit between them. The porous titanium plate diaphragm has a good pore structure and ventilation performance, which can ensure the flow and distribution of the electrolyte evenly.
－It can be made into an anode protector to prevent metal equipment from being damaged by electric corrosion. Porous titanium plate anode protector has good corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, which can effectively protect equipment.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
