Product Introduction

The sintered porous titanium filter is a promising new filter material. It is made from pure titanium powder (99.6%) using powder grading, molding, sintering, and mechanical welding processes.

Features

1. Uniform pore diameter and stable hole shape ensure high separation efficiency.

2. Filters can withstand high temperatures, up to 280℃ in wet conditions.

3. Good chemical stability, with resistance to acid and alkali corrosion (pH2-12) and antioxidant properties.

4. Do not cause secondary pollution of the filtered solution and comply with food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP requirements.

5. Good mechanical properties, low pressure difference, large flow, and easy operation.

6. Easy to clean and have a long service life (typically several times longer than membrane filter elements).

Package and Shipment

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.

2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
