Spindle maintenance process:
1. Online detection of functions of various parts of the spindle.
Initial judgment of main shaft fault point.
3. Spindle disassembly and dismounting.
4.Factory disassembly of main shaft return shaft.
5. Bearing inspection, shaft core accuracy detection, spacer accuracy detection, taper hole detection, broach device detection, lubrication system detection, sealing system detection, rotor and stator detection, encoder detection, sensor detection.
6. Confirm the failure point, confirm the maintenance price and cycle.
7. After the maintenance is completed, the spindle running-in, dynamic balance correction, spindle accuracy/tension/tool change and other items are tested.
8. ID record archiving, on-site installation and commissioning, entering the warranty period.
