Application:
Three-core cable of underwater propeller is suitable for complex underwater environment, freshwater environment such as all kinds of rivers, lakes and waves and inland saline wetland, such as submersible motor, submersible pump, underwater lighting, wading landscape lights and so on. Applications in Marine environment include Marine underwater robot, offshore oil exploration, and ship cable through the warehouse, etc., which requires high performance of anti-corrosion, anti-pressure, and anti-microbial decomposition of seawater.
Three-core cable characteristics of underwater thruster:
Operating temperature range:
Fixed installation -50℃ to +105℃
Mobile installation: -30℃ to +90℃
Bending radius:
Fixed installation: 5 x cable diameter (D)
Mobile installation: when the travel is less than 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5×D
When the stroke is more than 10 meters, the bending radius is 10×D
Three-core cable structure of underwater thruster:
Conductor: multi-strand ultrafine stranded oxygen free copper wire, in line with VDE0295CLASS 6 standard
Insulation: high temperature resistance teflon material
Color: ≤0.5mm Color: brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange
≥0.5mm Color: black number white number number, more than 3 core with yellow and green ground wire (yellow and green optional)
Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: more than 85%
Jacket: anti-seawater corrosion special imported polyurethane (PUR)
Color: Black or black matte
Rated voltage: cross section
Test voltage: 2500V
