German technical background VOK®- Disper 2118 Wetting Dispersant

Solvent free wetting dispersant for solvent based and solvent-free pigment concentrates and printing inks (medium to low polarity). It is mainly used to disperse carbon black and phthalocyanine pigments.

VOK®- Disper 2118 deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance. The flocculating property of the additive improves the luster, color concentration, transparency or hiding power, and reduces the viscosity of the abrasive.

VOK®- Disper 2118 is recommended for pigment concentrate and solvent based printing inks, especially alcohol soluble nitrocellulose type flexographic and gravure printing inks with medium to low polarity. It is mainly used to disperse carbon black and phthalocyanine pigments (phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green). VOK®- Dispatch 2102 enhances VOK®- Disper 2118 improves color strength and flow performance.
