1、 Instrument characteristics

1. The hardware movement adopts DDS special digital high-speed sweep frequency technology to accurately diagnose winding distortion, bulge, displacement, inclination, inter turn short circuit deformation, inter phase contact short circuit and other faults.

2. The acquisition control adopts highly integrated microprocessors, precise and highly stable components, high-speed dual channel 16 bit A/D sampling (the field test changes the tap changer, and the waveform curve has obvious changes). Repeat the test for the same phase, and the measurement repetition rate is above 99.5%.

3. The instrument has the dual measurement system function of linear sweep frequency measurement and segmented sweep frequency measurement, and is compatible with the measurement modes of the current two domestic technical schools.

4. During the test, only the connecting bus of the transformer needs to be removed, and all tests can be completed without lifting the cover and disassembling the transformer.

6. When measuring the transformer, the wiring personnel can lay the signal input and output leads at will, which has no impact on the measurement results. The wiring personnel can stay on the transformer oil tank without having to get down to reduce the labor intensity.

7. The amplitude frequency characteristic shall conform to the technical specifications of the national amplitude frequency characteristic tester. The abscissa (frequency) has two kinds of linear graduation and logarithmic graduation, so the printed curve can be either a linear graduation curve or a logarithmic graduation curve, which can be selected by the user according to actual needs.

8. The instrument is highly intelligent. The signal output amplitude is automatically adjusted by the software. The maximum amplitude peak value is ± 10V, and the sampling frequency is automatically adjusted.

9. The instrument has the measurement function of linear sweep frequency measurement system with multiple frequencies. The scanning frequency of linear sweep frequency measurement is up to 2MHz. The frequency scanning interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz and 1kHz, providing more analysis on transformer deformation.

10. Provide comparative analysis of historical curves. Multiple historical curves can be loaded at the same time for observation, and any curve can be specifically selected for horizontal and vertical analysis. Equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the state of transformer windings, load 6 curves at the same time, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, automatically diagnose the deformation of windings, and give reference conclusions for diagnosis.

11. The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use, and automatically saves the environmental condition parameters, so as to provide a basis for the transformer winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is automatically analyzed and saved, and an electronic document (Word) is generated for saving. It also has a color printing function, which is convenient for users to produce test reports.
