1、 Product Overview
Measuring the DC resistance of the transformer winding is a very important test item. In the Test Code for Electric Equipment, the second order is the second order of the transformer test item. The Code stipulates that the DC resistance of the transformer winding must be measured during the transformer handover, overhaul, minor repair, change of tap position, fault inspection and pre-test, etc. The purpose is:
① Check the welding quality of wires and leads inside the winding;
② Check whether each position of the tap changer is in good contact;
③ Check whether the winding or outgoing line is broken;
④ Check the correctness of the parallel branch circuit and whether there is one or several broken wires in the winding formed by several parallel wires;
⑤ Check whether there is short circuit between layers and turns.
The interface of the instrument is designed to be controlled by a microcomputer, and the large screen backlit Chinese character LCD screen is displayed. The operation is simple, the display is clear, and the human-computer interaction interface is friendly. The prompt of the measurement process and the instrument's working status is clear and sufficient, so the operator does not need to remember too many procedures; With the current source linear compensation technology, the test is stable, the measurement accuracy is high, the speed is fast, the measurement efficiency is improved, and the work intensity of the operator is reduced. Technically, "four terminal" measurement is adopted to eliminate measurement error caused by lead resistance and contact. It has overvoltage protection function and can prevent back EMF impact. The panel printer can quickly print the measurement results (optional). Small size, light weight, easy to carry.
This instrument is applicable to the measurement and analysis of the inductive low resistance of various power transformers, transformer windings, etc.
