Application:
1. Molybdenum Tube is widely used as the contact materials in silicon controlled rectifier diodes, transistors and thyristors.
2. Molybdenum Tube is used as mounting material for power semiconductor devices.
3. FT—LCD monitor use of molybdenum target tube. And copper indium gallium selenide CIGS and cadmium telluride CdTe coating using two kinds of thin film solar cells of sputtering target rotating pipe. Vacuum furnace heating switches use 25.4 * 998 molybdenum tubes.
