Stainless steel porous gas sparger/diffuser is also called sintered metal distributor, also known as porous metal distributor. In order to make sure that the air bubbles are distributed equally throughout the container, it is an industrial sparger instrument that distributes gas into a liquid tank. The surface is normally metallic gray, the dense part is a bright surface, the powder sintered part is a normal matte surface, the sintered part does not add any additives in the production process, normal vacuum sintering, the powder is naturally bonded and formed, the aperture is formed naturally, and there is a certain pressure ability.
Stainless steel porous gas spargers/diffusers are commonly used for stripping, mixing or diffusion in many gas-liquid contacting applications. So whether it's for beverage carbonation, ozone treatment or chlorine bleaching, it can always help you to increase the efficiency of spraying. The sintered porous metal media is durable enough to last a long time, providing repeatable performance cycles.
