Hastelloy Tube

Alloy C276 Tubing is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten superalloy, showing excellent resistance to mechanical and chemical degradation. The high nickel and molybdenum content imparts remarkable corrosion resistance in reducing environments while chromium provides the same in an oxidizing media. Molybdenum also provides strong resistance to crevice corrosion and pitting. This alloy gives an excellent performance in a wide range of chemical processing conditions, often where nothing else works. Target applications include those involving strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides and hot contaminated media (organic and inorganic), formic acid, seawater, and brine solutions.

Hastelloy Tube and Pipe

TS offers seamless Hastelloy tube and Hastelloy pipe for many applications. Applicable Hastelloy tube standards are mainly covered under ASTM A622. We offer many of the common grades as well as the uncommon grades. Hastelloy tube and Hastelloy pipe are used in high-temperature, high-stress service in moderately to severely corrosive applications such as heat exchangers or chemical reactors.

Hastelloy C-276, which is also sold as Nickel Alloy C-276, is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium wrought alloy. Hastelloy C-276 is perfect for use in situations that demand protection from aggressive corrosion and localized corrosion attack. This alloy Other important features of Nickel Alloy C-276 and Hastelloy C-276 include their resistance to oxidizers:

Ferric and cupric chlorides

- Organic and inorganic hot-contaminated media
