Application:
- This type of hydraulic press machine is widely used for cutting EVA, foam, fabric, cardboard, rubber, sponge, bag materials, nonwoven and many other non-metallic materials in various industries;
- This hydraulic press machine is good at cutting foam products, jigsaw puzzle, shoe materials and other products.
Main Features:
- The machine body is made of high quality materials. It is very strong and durable.
- Integrated and reasonable mechanical, hydraulic and electrical design makes the cutting machine easy to operate.
- Good hydraulic drive mode and high quality hydraulic system components lower the machine running noise. The hydraulic system will supply oil for the lubrication of all the sliding parts of the machine. Therefore, the machine has longer service life.
- Precise 4 column machine structure and double connecting bar make the machine run in a balanced and stable way. The auto slowdown setup of the upper pressing board keeps the same cutting depth in the overall cutting area.
- The motor oil pump is put outside, creating for the machine good ventilation and cooling conditions. The operation is safer and the machine can be used for a longer time, because without the heating source, the oil temp is lower and oil seal will have a longer life.
- It is easy and convenient to install and set the cutting mould or die.
- Different materials feeding systems such as auto clamp feeding, conveyor belt feeding and feeding sliding board can be installed as per customers' specific requirements.
- Low maintenance cost and energy saving.
- Other features can be added on request.
