Product Introduction

It is suitable for petroleum products and samples that can flow at a temperature lower than 80 °C. It is also suitable for the measurement of petroleum asphalt and residual oil. The membrane filter was filtered, then dried, and the weight of the insoluble matter obtained by the membrane filter was weighed. The principle for measuring asphalt is to use n-heptane to precipitate asphaltenes from the sample, and after filtration, use n-heptane to reflux to remove the soluble components contained in the precipitate, and then use toluene to reflux to dissolve the precipitate to obtain asphaltenes. The deasphalted part is adsorbed on an alumina chromatographic column, and is developed and eluted with n-heptane (or petroleum ether), toluene, and toluene-ethanol in sequence, and the saturated fraction, aromatic fraction and gum are obtained correspondingly.
