1. Workpiece material: Shell material CRC (yield strength < 245mpa), hot galvanized sheet, electrolytic galvanized sheet, Color painting steel pate, Coated steel.

5. Stacking platform can stand one single stack 4000KG max., vacuum catcher fulfills automatic sheet feeding, 2-roller rolling machine can finish rolling process automatically, and the barrel collecting conveyer can collect the finish barrel which can ensure no damage on barrel surface. This machine doesn’t require any operator at the whole process.
6. Uses vacuum type robot arm, Cantilever structure. Moving speed is controlled by Delta servo motor. Speed range is 2-12m/min, adjustable. Catcher is SMC vacuum catcher.

     A: The time depends on how many sets of machines you require. 20 days to 5 months.

4. Q: How will the machines be packaged?

    A:  Normally machines will be covered with film and fastened in the container. But package could be customed, like steel frame, wooden boxes etc..

5. Q: How long will the machines be guaranteed?

    A:  One year.

6. Q: How long is the lifespan of machines?

    A:  15-20 years.
