AF Oil-Mist Collector System Product Introduction


1.  Application Introduction

1.1.  4New has 30 years of industry experience. The AF series oil-mist collector developed and manufactured by 4New has a 4-stage filter element, which can filter out 99.97% particles larger than 0.3 microns, and operates maintenant-free for more than 1 year (8800 hours).

1.2.  AF oil-mist collector can significantly improve the environment inside and outside the workshop, and the long-acting filter element and frequency conversion fan can greatly reduce the operation cost. It has been successfully applied in machining, grinding, forming and other fields.

1.2.1.  AF oil-mist collector can meet the needs of single machine or centralized collection, modular design makes the processing capacity of 4,000 ~ 40,000 m³/h above, usually supporting the following equipment:

2.  Product Advantages

2.1.  Self-cleaning filter element, maintenance-free operation for more than one year.

2.2.  Durable mechanical pre-separation device will not block, can deal with dust, chips, paper and other foreign bodies in the oil mist.

2.3.  After the variable frequency fan is placed in the filter element, it can run economically according to the demand change without maintenance.

2.4.  Optional indoor or outdoor emission: the 3-stage filter element shall meet the outdoor emission standard (particulate matter concentration ≤8mg/m³, emission rate ≤1kg/h), and the 4-stage filter element shall meet the indoor emission standard (particulate matter concentration ≤3mg/m³, emission rate ≤0.5kg/h) to ensure the emission requirements of enterprises and government

2.5.  On average, 300~600L oil can be recovered per machine tool per year.

2.6.  The waste liquid transfer device can collect the oil and pump it into the waste liquid tank, plant waste liquid pipeline, or filter system for purification and reuse.

2.7.  Available as a stand-alone or centralized collection system, the modular design can be quickly installed and put into production to meet different air volume requirements.

3.  Outline Layout

4.  Operation mode

4.0.1.  AF oil-mist collector is connected with single or multiple machine tools through pipelines and air valves. The technological process is as follows:

4.0.2.  The machine tool produces oil mist → Machine tool docking device → hose → air valve → Hard branch pipe and main pipe → Oil drain device → Oil- mist collector entrance → predissociation → Level 1 filter → Level 2 filter → Level 3 filter →Level 4 filter → centrifugal blower → air silencer → outdoor or indoor discharge

4.1.  The machine tool butt device is installed in the outlet of the machine tool, with baffle plate inside, to prevent chips and processing fluid from being drawn out accidentally.

4.2.  The hose connection can avoid vibration affecting the machining accuracy, the air valve can be controlled by the machine tool, and the air valve can be closed to save energy when shutting down.

4.3.  The hard pipe part is specially designed so that there is no oil drip trouble. The oil accumulated in the pipe will enter the transfer pump station through the oil discharge device.

4.4.  The machanical pre-separation device in the oil mist machine is durable and will not be blocked. It is especially suitable for dust, chips, paper and other foreign bodies in the oil mist to prolong the life of the filter element.

4.5.  The filter element of the first stage is stainless steel wire mesh, which can intercept particles and large diameter oil droplets. It can be reused after cleaning, and the filtration efficiency is 60%.

4.6. 2~3 filter elements are self-cleaning filter elements, which can collect oil drops and make them drop, and the filtration efficiency is 90%.

4.7.  The 4 level filter element is optional H13 level HEPA, which can filter out 99.97% particles larger than 0.3 micron, and can also be attached with activated carbon to reduce odor.

4.8.  All levels of filter elements have pressure differential meter, prompting replacement when dirty or blocked.

4.9.  All levels of filter elements gather oil mist, so that it drops to the bottom of the tank oil tray, through the pipeline connected with the waste liquid transfer device, the waste liquid pump into the waste liquid tank, factory waste liquid pipeline, or filtration system purification and reuse.

4.10.  The built-in fan is installed inside the top of the tank, and the silencer is wrapped around the fan shell, so that it becomes an integral part with the whole tank, which can effectively reduce the working noise generated by the fan during operation.

4.11.  The external fan, with the modular design of the oil mist machine, can meet the demand of large air volume, and with the sound enclosure and silencer to meet the noise reduction requirements.

4.12.  It can be choosed outdoor or indoor emission, or switch between the two methods according to the workshop temperature demand, energy saving and emission reduction.

4.13.  The electric control system of the oil mist machine provides full automatic operation and fault alarm function, which can control the frequency conversion fan to operate in the most economical way according to different suction demand; It can also be equipped with functions such as dirty and blocking alarm and factory network communication.
