The LC cooling tower fill is one of our major counter flow cooling tower fills. Even if there is not notable A and B on the surface, but there still have matching connection points for glue. The distance between two pieces are 19-20mm more or less. The thickness are 0.27mm to 0.38mm, the length and the width is fixed.

Packing & Delivery
In order to save the shipping cost, we advise to glue the fills in customer’s site. When it finished gluing, customers can cut their certain block size to suit for their square brand cooling tower. Please pay more attention to the following things in the gluing:
1), Please do not expose the LC PVC fill under the strong sunshine to avoid any deformed. If the outside temperature is higher than 40 degree, the PVC film fill will be deformed within 1-2 hours under the strong sunshine. No matter it is 100% new PVC or recycle PVC, the strong sunshine will deform it very fast.
2),Please do not use the airtight or air impermeability material packing the BL PVC fill, such as the transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film. That will keep the PVC fill in a higher temperature without any cool air come in and may bring some deformed.
3),Please do not use the PVC LC cooling tower fill if the water temperature is more than 60 degree.
