The FRP Gratings offered by us are manufactured by assembly of pultruded I-Beam & pultruded cross roads. In the FRP Gratings, the distance between I-Beam & cross rods depend upon various load conditions. Pultruded FRP Grates offer higher strength characteristics and are ideally suited for heavier loads across longer spans than molded grating. The composite matrix of pultruded grating utilizes a higher fiberglass content to resin ratio resulting in a stiffer grate but with less corrosion resistance. Pultruded grating is a unidirectional structure and being an assembled product, allows for larger panel sizes for better utilization.
Load Bars: Pultruded grates are constructed of a series of independent load bars with either an "I" or "T" profile. "I" bars are typically used for industrial applications having a higher load capability
"T" bars are typically used for pedestrian applications having a wider walking surface.
Open area between the load bars can be as high as 60% or as small as 12% depending on your application and loading.

Resin Systems: available in two resin formulations both containing a fire retardant that offers an ASTM-E84 flame spread rating of 25 or less. ISOFR Isophthalic Polyester Fire Retardant Yellow / Dark Gray used for moderately corrosive environments VEFR Vinyl Ester Fire Retardant Yellow / Dark Gray used for highly corrosive environments
