The fiberglass grating Production process :
1.Raw material mixing configuration
The resin, the FRP fier yarn, and the filler calcuium powder are arranged in a ratio of 1:1:1
- 2.Pouring material
Stir the raw material onto the mold machine
3.Pull yarn
Laminating the alkali-free yarn layer by layer
4.Cooling, demoulding Cool for 10minutes, take the mould
5.Polishing, paing, wash
The FRP grating is finished.
