FRP Pultruded Profile Pultrusion is continuous process of manufacturing in which a specifically arranged pattern of resin rich reinforcement fibre and fabric is pulled through steel die to form profiles of consistent cross section of continuous length.
Series of our pultrusion profiles include square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, angle, I-beam, channel, rod and other custom profiles.

Production Process

1. During the pultrusion process, the raw material are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device.
2. When the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil.
3. The completed package then goes into a performer that roughly forms the package into the appropriate shape to enter the heated die for curing.
4. The die is the exact shape of the final part desired.
5. Upon exiting the die, the part is over 90% cured and solid.
6. The length of the part required is pulled through the cutoff saw and the process is complete.

Package and shipping
For FRP pultruded profiles, If they are packed in a ful containe, we will pack them with woven films
If the quantity is suitable for LCL shipping, we always pack them on pallet or wooden box.
Customized package for the FRP pultruded profiles is also acceptable.
