Polymer pin insulators are used in high voltage power lines to support conductors and insulate them from the ground. composite insulators are used under 35kV distribution lines. Due to the many advantages of this insulator, it is now increasingly used in many countries and regions to replace porcelain or ceramic insulators.

Polymer pin insulator composition

1、The core adopts epoxide reinforced glass fiber ties, which has good insulating ability, light quality and high strength.

2、The outer insulating layer is silicon rubber, which is pressed by high temperature integration and has the characteristics of good sealing, high dustproof grade and maintenance-free.

3、Metal connection is made by pressing process, which makes the insulator smaller and no damage to the core rod. Good sealing and very easy to install.
