The production methods of grid plate: there are two kinds of machine pressure welding and manual production. The machine pressure welding uses a high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine. The manipulator automatically places the cross bar on the flat steel evenly arranged, and presses and welds the cross bar into the flat steel through strong electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, so that a high-quality grid plate with strong welding points, high stability and strength can be obtained. The hand-made grating plate is punched on the flat steel first, and then the cross bar is put into the hole for spot welding. There will be gaps between the cross bar and the flat steel, and it is impossible to weld every contact point, so the welding is not firm and the strength is reduced.
In the fields of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, electric power and industry, as well as some civil fields, grid plate, as a new building material, is being widely used.
