This machine is slitting equipment of high precision and high sensitivity, with inflatable bearing is used for feeding and
receiving materials. Imported magnetic powder clutch is adopted to control the tension. Imported gas sensive device is adopted to
detect the rectification of rolling, with fully automatic hydraulic rectification control. Automatic detection, rectification and
metering can be realized. It is characterized by accurate slitting, fast slitting speed, ease of operation and maintenance, etc.
There are two selection ofr main engine, single electric motor, double electric motors.

Unwinding part description
3 inch air-shaft for unwinding - can optional of 6 inch unwinding shaft too
Magnetic powder brake 100N also can be 150 or 200 that as required
EPC include the controller , driver and sensor
Anti-sticking guiding roller optional
when you want to slitting some with Low viscosity adhesive rubber tape / paper tape etc , can choose use this kind guiding roller
laminating and pulling material part
the up part unwinding is optional to use or not
when just one material slitting , then it not use
and when two material unwinding, it is function of cold laminating
Slitting part and waste trimming part
the blade size upwards is standard of 1300mm machine size , other larger diameter also optional
and down part can be Nylon roller optional when need slitting EVA sponge mterials
slitting blade 8 sets is standard , you can buy more when required
and minimum slitting width 10mm is optional
Rewinding part
2pcs 3 inch inflatable rewinding airshaft , magnetic powder clutch 50 N control the rewinding tension
