Product Description
AT453 Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer is the combination of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It can get TG, DTA or DSC information of the same sample in one measurement.
Measure and study characteristics of materials as follow:
DSC: Melt, crystal, phase transition, react temperature, react heat, combustion heat, specific heat and so on;
TG: Heat stability, decomposition, redox, adsorption and desorption, content of free water and crystal water, calculation of proportion of ingredients and so on;

Details & Features
★ Furnace heating using precious metal nickel-cadmium alloy wire double-winding system to reduce interference, more high temperature
★Tray sensor, the use of precious metal nickel-cadmium alloy Seiko to create, with high temperature, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and so on
★ Power supply, the cooling part of the cooling, and the host separately to reduce the heat and vibration on the micro-heat balance
★ The use of open-lid structure, easy to operate. It is difficult to operate the sample on the furnace and cause the sample rod to be damaged
★ The host of the use of water temperature device to isolate the heating furnace on the chassis and micro-heat balance of heat.

★ Using imported 32bit ARM processor Cortex-M3 core, sampling speed, processing faster.
★ The 24-bit quad sampling AD collects the DSC signal and the TG signal and the temperature T signal.
★ Power supply and water cycle part of the separate 8bit microcontroller with a separate control, so that the host and the cooling part of the separate, do not interfere with each other, but the two are closely connected to the cooling part of the host control.
★ Between the software and the instrument using USB two-way communication, fully realize the remote operation, the computer software can be used to set the parameters of the instrument and the operation of the instrument to stop.
★ 7 inch full color 24bit touch screen, a better man-machine interface. TG calibration can be achieved on the touch screen
