Product Description
HY0130 Series Pneumatic Heavy Duty Padder is used to check the quality of auxiliary can is widely used in dyeing and finishing plant, manufacture of auxiliary and dye.
Nowadays customer has a high requirement on textile quality, not only the precise color but also the comfortable hand-feeling. You can use this padder to simulate the real production environment and get high repeatability sample. Also you can use this machine to develop more dyeing technology such as fireproofing, dust-resistant, oil-resistant, water-repellent, breathable etc. This padder is an ideal solution to cut down the waste of time and invest due bad dyeing technology.
Specification
★ High quality NBR rubber and stainless steel ensure a long time life, also have a good appearance
★ Use two separate pneumatic cylinders to drive the membrane to provide uniform pressure to the roller.
★ NBR rubber and pressure-absorbing rate 20 ~ 110% make the machine can be widely used for most textile
★ Better safety system. It’s equipped with Knees touch stop button and emergency stop button on the control panel. The motor has reverse function, once the machine stop by safety button, the motor will turn back.
★ It equipped with cleaning spray gun to clean the padder, make it expediently
★ Removable liquor tank make it easy to change and clean.
