AT292 HTHP Jet Hank yarn Dyeing Machine is suitable for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and post-treatment of hank yarn of polyester fiber, rust thread, silk and nylon yarns.
★ This machine adopts a special design of low energy consumption, low head, large flow mixed-flow pump. High temperature does not
affect its characteristics at all.
★ New weir jet tube, dyeing tube and yarn-turning shifting tube are integrated. There is absolutely no winding or knotting of the
dyed yarn. After dyeing, the drum is easily inverted and the loss rate is low.
★ Special designed water regulator can adjust the amount of water arbitrarily according to the amount of dyed yarn and yarn count
and variety. The machine has been optimized in structure, small bath ratio, saving raw materials and low cost.
★ The jet tube is made of SUS-316L stainless steel plate with high corrosion resistance.
★ High performance stainless steel mixed flow pump.
★ Equipped with auxiliary cylinder, it has the functions of stirring heating, feeding water, reflux and feeding.
★ Reliable PLC program controller.
