Vibrating Hopper Inclined Screw Conveyor / Auger Feeding Machine
Two motors used for screw feeding and hopper vibrating, separately control.
Products storage hopper can be separated from the screw and tube easily.
Flexible Reversible running screw, fast dismountable screw and discharge gate insure easy cleaning.
2. Simplicity of operation is the key element in screw conveyor, the only moving part is the motor driven spiral which rotates with a sealed tube to move the materials along with it. There is no bearing components in pipeline, no matter how long the transportation is, the machine requires little maintenance, the conveyor is reliable, it will not occurs that some problems like bearing grease pollution during materials transportation.
3. Hopper is separate from twisting shaft. Structure is reasonable and easily loading and unloading.
4. In order to convenience machine cleaning, following functions are added in: auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel, auger can be disassembled for washing.
