The mobile trommel screening machine is a screening equipment developed by our company for small and medium-sized and light materials such as topsoil, compost, wood chips, cow dung, sand and gravel.

Structure and Principle
The mobile trommel screen is mainly composed of hopper, screen drum, idler assembly, transmission part, discharge conveyor, brush, underframe, rear axle, traction, diesel generator, control cabinet, protective cover and other parts.
The basic working principle of the trommel screen: the material is poured into the silo by the loader, and transported to the trommel screen by the conveyor on the silo, and then the motor reducer drives the idler to rotate the screen cylinder, and the material particles in the screen cylinder follow the screen. The drum rotates to a certain height, is thrown and dropped by gravity, and is filtered through the screen to form a screening. Finally, the screened materials are transported to different places by different conveyors.
