2.2kw High Speed Disperser

1.Working principles:

Conventional High Speed Dispersers consist of a driven vertical shaft and a high shear disk type blade. The blade rotates at up to 5000 rpm and creates a radial flow pattern within a stationary mix vessel. The blade creates a vortex that pulls in the contents of the vessel to the blades sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid. High Speed Dispersers are ideal for dispersions that are up to a maximum of approx. 50,000 centipoise. When used in conjunction with Multi-Shaft Mixers, they can be useful to several hundred thousand centipoise.

4.Category :

 There are mechanical lifts and hydraulic lifts. There are electromagnetic speed control motor, frequency control mortor (such as for water-based paint), and explosion-proof frequency control motor(such as for oil-based paint).

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood case . If your goods have one container that the goods can without plywood case packing ,just wrap the film to load .

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A:  FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about 30 days after receiving your advance payment for customized machine. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the drawing ?
A: Yes, we can produced as your technical drawings. If you haven't the drawing , just told me your need and our engineer will make the drawing for your reference .
