Semi-automatic liquid filling machine is mainly used for the quantitative automatic filling of tinplate drum, plastic drum, and also for the automatic filling of liquid materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Example: lubricating oil, edible oil, alcohol, disinfectant, ink, chemical pigments, coatings, etc.

Automatic control of material feeding, equipped with pneumatic clamp cover and pneumatic pressure plate device, filling volume can store up to 10 kinds of formula, easy to switch.
The working principle of
Feeding mode: continuous and stable feeding is required (the feeding pump or hopper is used for pressurized feeding)
Feeding mechanism by solenoid valve through the cylinder to perform fast and slow feeding.
Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting and diving filling (according to the need to choose when ordering)
The weighing system consists of weighing bracket, sensor and weighing platform equipped with unpowered roller and frame support and filling system.
Pneumatic control system: control fast and slow feed valves.
The weighing platform is not allowed to be subjected to additional external forces during use. The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted by the top hand wheel.
Introduction to operation
Manually move the bucket; Manual start; Automatically open the feed pump and size feed valve; Close the quick feed valve at the set operating point 1; Stop the feed pump and close the slow feed valve at the set operating point 2; Manual cover: Zhi gland position (with auxiliary positioning device); Manual gland, gland end manual bucket removal; Put in storage. (upper and lower barrels with stainless steel raceway)
