Automatic spray filling and capping machine
Spraying and capping machine is suitable for filling, closing the valve (outer cap) and screwing the pump of 5-20ml plastic bottles or glass bottles. Can meet the needs of mass production in pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries. Linear and right-angle rotary models can meet the needs of different production sites. Quick-clamping stainless steel pump (peristaltic pump, ceramic pump optional) is used for filling, electromagnetic oscillator automatically adjusts the valve (outer cover), double-cylinder positioning upper valve (outer cover), constant torque rotary pump (outer cover), and pneumatic protection device ensures the sealing tightness. It can realize bottle-free, filling-free and automatic rejection device, which is convenient to operate and change specifications.

1: High-precision cam indexing machine provides indexing to complete the disk division, positioning and top cover. The residual acceleration cam transmission mechanism completes the lifting of the capping head.
2: It has the function of no bottle, no filling and no capping. The mechanical hand cover has the advantages of accurate positioning, stable transmission, cover protection, accurate measurement and simple operation.

Cap screwing mechanism: The cap screwing mechanism adopts constant torque design, and the torque is adjusted according to the tightness of the screw fit between the cap and the bottle mouth. After the cap screwing is in place, it can automatically slip. The cap screwing head sleeve is made of imported silicone material, so as to achieve the purpose of not hurting the cap or bottle.
