Product description: Brief introduction of equipment:
The unit mainly completes the automatic packaging process of packing the packaged small bags (150 ~ 1000 grams) neatly into composite plastic bags and heat sealing according to the requirements (arrangement form: single warehouse, single row or double row horizontal arrangement). Therefore, the full-automatic operation from small packing of bulk materials to plastic bag packing of composite film is realized, which saves the investment of manpower, material resources and financial resources, reduces the production cost for customers, and also improves the production efficiency. This unit is widely used for packing powder such as washing powder, salt, seeds, milk powder, etc. and salt particles, and is the preferred machine of major companies.
The equipment mainly includes: double-deck inclined conveyor, high-speed conveyor, counting and sorting machine, vertical bag-making and packing machine, heat sealing, product conveyor, etc.
Production process:
Small bags → horizontal conveyor → double inclined conveyor → high-speed conveyor → counting and sorting machine → vertical bag making and packaging machine → film stretching and sealing → product output.
The unit has the following advantages:
1. VFS1100 automatic packaging machine can realize automatic film stretching, bag making, product counting, filling, heat sealing and output. Realize the unmanned packaging process.
2. The unit is controlled by touch screen, which is very convenient, safe and reliable in operation, specification switching and maintenance.
3. Various arrangement forms can be realized to meet customers' needs.

1. This unit is suitable for packaging products: 150g～1000g bagged products.
2. Packaging material: plastic bag with composite film.
3. Packing speed: 2 ~ 4 bags/min for large bags and 40 ~ 80 bags/min for small bags; Packaging speed varies according to the product.
4. The arrangement is in the form of double-bin blanking, with single-row or double-row horizontal placement.
5. Compressed air: 0.4 ~ 0.6 MPa
6. Power supply: 4.5 kW 380 V 10% 50 Hz
